The Office of Career Planning has developed the Progress program, which defines growth alternatives for each employee based on his/her profile, including the training needed to move forward.
The Progress program works with top-rated institutions such as UBA, UNICEN, Microsoft Latam University, and Oracle University, among others, to meet the program’s training needs.
In addition, it includes mentoring and coaching to guide and facilitate personal growth, while providing an effective communication channel for each member of the EDSA team. As informed by our values, we aim to satisfy the interests and needs of our people; and accordingly Progress establishes policies and processes to this end.
